Environmental And Earth Science Consultants Ltd. (EESC) is a Phoenix-based environmental consulting firm operated under the direction of Ted Lizanec, Jr., P.G..
EESC provides a range of professional services with focus on environmental due diligence, water resources & groundwater, and geology.
Regarding environmental due diligence, EESC completes Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs) following ASTM standards. EESC also offers less expensive
screenings, updates, site inspections, and regulatory reviews.
EESC is best known for having been the primary environmental consultant for the Arizona
School Facilities Board (ASFB). EESC has completed comprehensive due diligence investigations of a few hundred school sites throughout Arizona.
About 1000
projects have been completed at EESC. These projects were performed for a range of clients and property types.
Ted Lizanec, Jr., P.G. is an environmental scientist who has extensive technical experience in both field and office settings,
project management, and business development. Field experience includes air, water, soil, and building materials sampling,
and work with a variety of heavy equipment and drill rigs.
